I just wanted to say this, because i think its important to point out. CPW does NOT hate on Reika for no reason. CPW hates what reika does because Reika treats his mods as if they have some special excuse to break almost EVERYTHING that they do. Reika doesn't do stuff RIGHT. And im sure CPW is tired of seeing it. He completely disregards most of the things forge does and this is just one example. If you can turn it off is irrelevant, you shouldn't shove this in a users face like Reika does. There is a reason they added an update notifier standard in Forge and i am guessing in the future reika won't support it and will find some reason not to use it.

But its not that there is no reason, Reika breaks a shit ton of stuff with his mod. He completely breaks the id mapping just by installing his mods, and then requires you to install something different to fix it if you happen to remove his stuff. He coremods into shit that he has very little reason to, and it often times will break other mods. He literally crashes the jvm because of some of the stuff he does.

Im not trying to say that CPW should take the attitude he does when he talks about what Reika does. But its not that he hates on him for no reason. He has plenty of reasons. I have brought tons of them up with Reika myself and i usually disagree with most of the excuses he has.

I doubt this thread will be civil because the OP is being an asshole, its why i reported this thread. Everything surrounding Reika is a drama fest and i just try and have a level head surrounding it all. Reika isn't some perfect person, CPW isn't perfect, they both have their reasons and with anyone there is almost never no reason for something to happen the way it does.
