Hot tea and some yogurt
Hey all MineHQ Staff,
First off: I do not mean this as a bash on the staff team at all. In fact HCTeams is really the only minecraft server I always have a good time on. That starts with the staff. So my hats off to all of you guys.
I was a former chatmod, in my time I was always helping people both in teamspeak and in game. I went on vacation one weekend and I even bought teamspeak on my phone so I could help players. Later this day I checked slack to see Chatmods have been removed. I was actually really sad about this but then I saw that we still had a chance for other staff positions. So right at that minute I msged OptifineCape if I could have mod on teampractice. Sure enough he said yes. So I was quite wxcited waiting for it to come back up but it never did. So at that point my staff position ended. I stayed in the slack and had mod on teamspeak quite a while until recently there was a staff revamp and all non staff were removed. That I understood because I was no longer staff even though I enjoyed looking at the slack.
So now at this point all I had was the lifetime pro still. As long as many other former staff still have as I assume for appreciatance of their time as staff unless they of course resigned. In my situation I did not resign, I tried all I could to stay apart of the staff team until I gave up.
So now to get to the point, it was about 2 days ago I came on HCT kitmap as a joke(because I know you can't transfer ranks) I said transferring my lifetime pro for a cs knife. I said it about twice. Next time I come on my rank is gone.
I kind of knew at the point what it was removed for. (My joking of the knife shit) so I said to myself I'll go into ts and talk to an admin. So I did but I was kind of in a rush that's why I'm sending this. What I got out of going in ts was that I wasn't going to get it because I was going to sell my account and chat mods aren't suppoosed to keep their lifetime pro.
First off the selling the account part was a huge misunderstanding, like I said I was joking about transferring rank( I can show logs)
Second off to really defend myself and other chat mods: Chatmods at my time put hours into helping this server. None of us wanted to leave. In fact I talked to the other chat mods and we were all sad. It was not our decision. It was made by jhalt. We all would have gladly continued helping. But on the other hand I understand jhalts reasoning.
So, with all the time I put it into the server and help. I know I was a only a small portion by mainly helping in ts. I made a mistake but in all fairness I think I deserve lifetime pro.
Once again, good shit MineHQ staff. I can see a tremendous improvement from when I was stuff. I came in ts within 5 mins I got help. Thank you, keep doing what your doing. I try other servers like Kohi but nothing feels the same as hct. Thanks for the great server. THIS WAS NOT A BASH ON ANY STAFF MEMBER. I would love to hear what other people who were staff around my time have to say, and ultimately would like a plat admin to come to the conclusion. Hopefully I get my pro back. Other than that guys
