Question about Proxxon Hotwire cutters

Dude, sorry if I come over like that, I'm really not trying.. I'm not dissing either cutter, but do feel people are paying extra for a name or because it was recommended by some folks on a YouTube channel who's getting a cut of profits through their Amazon links..

It took 2 minutes to stick a right angle piece of wood to the sled of my cheap cutter and the proxxon, stuck a pin through a small sheet of MDF to make a circle jig.

Just saying the proxxon doesn't bring anything to the party that a cheaper one doesn't.. I have experience of both and may have a go at making my own cos it looks fun..

Just giving some input that may be useful.. it's early I'm hung over, no intention to upset..

Happy Christmas bud.
