Ramen with dumpling and steak.

I mean, you hear a lot about how "oh, the Japanese want to preserve their culture!" but there really isn't anything here that isn't free game for remixing. I've had "Italian" style ramen here with tomatoes and olive oil, I've seen TV shows feature coffee ramen. I've definitely had roast beef donburi before.

I mean, you'll get a TV show from time to time talking about "wrong" foreign sushi and stuff like that, but in reality - in day-to-day life, you can basically do whatever you want with anything. There isn't really a strong idea that traditions or culture needs to be respected here.

I'm not questioning OP's choices based on any kind of ramen purism. It just seemed odd to me.
