Real App removed from play store and fake apps stays

Well... you're just another developer. You don't have a life, or family, and you totally probably don't look at Play Store as a means of full time income. Not a lot of us do. Google Play Store isn't what it is right now because of apps which us millions of developers have put on their store, it is there because of their own original and high quality apps. It is not like their mistakes wouldn't affect developers mental or physical health, or even financial status. As creating good apps, and then gaining users isn't a big thing, it's just another app, which you've created in a pool of millions of apps, which they take 40% cut from admob, and 30% cut if there's in-app purchases. It's your mistake that you left your job thinking Play Store was a means of income and that you can DEPEND on it. Fuck you. I'm google, and I have the power over MY Play Store, so whatever the fuck I do is justified because I want to keep my users safe from people like you (and not Chinese companies with 500M+ downloads adding adware in their apps).

Oh mighty Banhammer, I summon thee..
