Recently renegotiated my contract and it’s much higher than I was told it would be due to $20 for extra dvr storage. Then I was trying to get 4k equipment the last time I called and now there’s a charge for unreturned equipment. I still don’t have 4k.

Somebody in billing should be able to confirm with you because I know in order to ship a 4k DVR to somebody they have to add an extra $7.50 box charge and a $10 DVR service charge if you don't already have the full 150 hour DVR service. Then when you return the old box that $7.50 box charge will fall off your bill and you can request them to remove the $10 150 hour DVR charge if you will like to just stick with the included 20 hours with the plan.

Then when you make changes on your plan as well it never updates accordingly on the website and the app until the next billing cycle so a rep would be able to tell you what it's going to be in real time.
