Hi! So I don’t have an answer for you unfortunately. I am in Pennsylvania just outside of Penn State. We bought a house a year ago and the previous owners had Xfinity. So we brought our own Netgear modem/router/extender combo that we already had. We only use WiFi, if that matters!!

Since we moved in, we have been having trouble with connectivity when we do video calls. Even when I tell everyone to get off the internet for the next hour and unplug all the tvs, our 600mbps plan can’t handle a 4 person Google Meet or Zoom with videos on. Xfinity customer support is sending the Gateway to see if the speed will increase with their company equipment instead of our Netgear personal stuff. I’ll keep you updated if you’re interested to see if it makes a difference!!
