Hi, in all honesty it is probably easier for you to move here if you somehow do qualify for a work visa. And then you can fly back and forth to see family. For a Daca it is difficult because if they leave, they might trigger a 3 or 10 year permanent ban from the US depending on when they obtained Daca for overstaying their visa. If they overstayed over 180 days after turning 18 then they automatically get the banned. If that happens that means he won’t be able to come back and see his/her family. And the family is probably on the same position as your SO and trapped in the USA. I think you should think in the all possibilities but it is a tough one.
