Remind me how Miranda was progressive

She was pretty pioneering as a woman becoming partner in a male-dominated field, and she was considered a little progressive in that she didn’t conform to the typical cookie cutter “date-ability” standards for women, especially compared to her friends. Remember when those both collided and she ended up pretending she was a lesbian at a work function?

What people are failing to realize is how much she struggled with it. She was always complaining about dating and not wanting to change to fit what a man wanted, always upset with her work environment.

Apparently the way she dealt with the changing time was going full social justice warrior alcoholic. The alcohol (+warrior mindset) will explain the angry outbursts, but the hair conversation was just painful to watch and weird.

You’d think someone who got to the point of switching their career (in a way that makes no sense btw) would have the basics down so that convo would never come close to happening.

If anything, going into school that inept was very in-Miranda like.
