Revived Witch Daily Q&A Megathread (Dec, 8th)

  1. You can read this https://www.reddit.com/r/RevivedWitch/comments/r6c5vh/comment/hmsceld/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=web2x&context=3 Afallen is the best Mercury guardian period. Even the UR blue guardians released after her aren't better (she hasn't been powercrept and probably won't be for long). Don't consider everything Dreamy says as gospel. She not only occasionally gets things wrong, but also doubles down on the misinformation (like arguing with people that flat attack is better than % att; it's not). The thing about Afallen is that she requires to be played either on free auto where you can spam her invulnerability skill (which basically makes immortal), or on manual. The game AI is dumb and just doesn't know how to utilize Afallen, so in hard content playing on full auto will get you wiped. Currently there is Tuonel rate-up banner going, so you could go with Afallen+Ushpia from the beginner pulls, and then pour everything into Tuonel banner. Both URs are great, but used on different teams.
  2. The battle pass with Ella is still available. Cynetia (free saltstone healer) should be as well. But not sure about it. She comes in mail after reaching certain point in story. If you decide to pull for Tuonel (also saltstone healer), you probably won't be using Cynetia much, as Tuonel is vastly superior.
  3. From what I know a portion of players got bored after the honeymoon period, but personally I still enjoy it. As plenty of people here (this subreddit is quite lively). Imo RW is fairly generous with souls (pull & stamina refill currency), so you can (and some say that even should) refill stamina 2-3 times a day (even as f2p). Without refreshing, after you finish the story, you might feel like there is not much gameplay left. After beating all the currently available content, RW essentially becomes a side game. But since you started late, you won't need to wait long for the next chapter & more content. PvP is not really PvP. You play against AI controlled team, and like I mentioned before, the AI is pretty dumb. Also, the AI enemy doesn't have access to the frenzy/burst mode where most damage is generated, but you, the attacker, does. Which means the odds are heavily stacked in favour of the attacker, and you basically should be winning against Master opponents like 100% of the time.
