S2 in a nutshell..

After spending over a week with an open support ticket to Activision, ive been forced to look elsewhere for suggestions/support.

Ive been a long time call of duty player, after a break for quite a few years i decided to get mw2 and ive been enjoying it, that is until i have been in an endless loop of ban after ban for false reports/High damage - Kill games.

I can usually only play one or two games before i am banned again, confirmed by checking - https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal , The only way to check if you are finding 200+ms games.

10+ kills - 5000+ damage - Multi-Kills all seem to get you banned.

Activision support is entirely useless and will run you in circles, reffering you back to the ban appeal status page, as someone who regularly plays the game and has effective damage numbers it seems like they are forcing you to either play worse to avoid the ban, or buy more copies of the game at 100$ a piece so you can finally play the game normally.

This feels like a massive breach of consumer rights as i am unable to play the game i have paid for.

Any suggestions on how to properly contact Activision? Their support just doesnt cut it.
