My clan is what you are looking for. We are a war clan who takes winning very seriously, but at the same time loves to joke around and help our members get better. Our current war record is 49-7 but we should be at 50 win shortly. We currently have 4 town hall 10s but need another to complete our roster. We believe our current group of 10s are some of the best attackers around and use various attack styles, so you would be a perfect fit. Most importantly, you will be stepping into a situation where you do not need to be the one donating maxed troops to everyone or filling all the war CCs. Most of that is handled by the leaders. That allows you to really enjoy the game.

Most importantly, we have quite a few higher level players who can help you grow your account. Thus, we are able to donate high level troops to help you with your raids and war attacks. Our leaders are all adults and have been together since we started the clan. We are organized and have players all over the world, including a few in Asia.
We are good at war and have an overall record of 49-7. We won one of our last war 122-51, with 87 of 90 attacks being used. We regularly beat clans that are supposedly better than us on paper. Recently, we killed two clans that have won 75 and 106 wars by 25 stars. We always use all of our attacks so you will not have any teammates that are being lazy or not pulling their own weight.
Our wars are generally 40 v. 40 or 45 v. 45 so we have to be well-organized to get every attack to count.
Our donations are high. We have a number of members who exceed 2,000 donations per season. In prior seasons, our highest player exceeded 8,000 donations. So you know when you make a request for troops, it will be filled quickly.
We are active and love to clown around on chat. A number of us are either coworkers or people we have been clashing with for some time so we are a close bunch. Our chat can get dirty sometimes though so I hope you do not get easily offended.
We keep the game fun (and competitive amongst our members) by having a monthly contest, with the winner getting a gift card. The leaders don't do this because they are rich. We do it because we want to motivate our players to get better and to help them with gems.
We want to grow our clan but we want to grow with the right people as opposed to just any player that wants to join.
