Shake down my 3-season UL Hammock Gear!

I think you have a great setup. I don't really get the hammock thing, so I can't give you much help there. That said:

If you're planning a thru, you don't really need the extra clothes. You can just ship ahead spare socks/shirts/whatever, and keep in mind you may have opportunities to hit town and do some real washing.

for some reason lighterpack is being dumb and including your poles in your baseweight. Might want to fiddle with that, as it's inflating your numbers by 16oz.

you could probably update your headlamp to a handheld torch that operates on one AAA battery. Everyone's jumping about the thrunite Ti3 right now. I have the bronte bt01 which is pretty much the exact same and have nothing but good experiences with it. You can glue a straw to the brim of your hat and slide the clip in to use it as a headlamp if you need.

your toothbrush/paste look pretty bulky. I use a powdered toothpaste called the dirt that weighs about 1g when repackaged in a 3g mini jar, and lasts for weeks. Might not be your thing, but it's an option.

Regarding your thru-hike decision: who says you've gotta take six whole months? that's normie pace. If you push 20-30 miles per day you could be done in half that time. The more I train and strip down my pack, the more I start seriously considering pushing for an FKT.

One of the benefits of UL is being able to do and see so much more with so much less and still have energy to enjoy the whole ride. If you're planning a thru, I'd recommend starting with the AT. It's much easier to plan and navigate and will help you hone your skills not as a backpacker, but as a thru-hiking backpacker.
