I've had people pointing out the different outfit and tbh I can't really tell that it's a different outfit? Assuming people are mostly referring to the long, billowing fabric behind her. I assumed this was a manifestation of her summoning/evoking Shiva; if you look at Shiva herself, she has a very similar split cape like Jill does in this shot. My assumption is that Jill escapes suddenly imprisonment by her own means, and that shot of her in Ambition is her killing the people that captured her; I'd wager her "it is you who shall bow to me" moment occurs just before she summons Shiva to defeat them. In the Dominance trailer, I feel like the scene of Shiva and Titan fighting occurs after this as well. Like, maybe Clive has heard of Shiva's summoning, so he's there trying to find Jill for xyz reason.
