Which card, your bank debit card you added, or the Cash App Visa they send you?

I've had zero issues with Cash App, buy and sell Bitcoin with it , send $ to friends and family and never break terms / conditions that it's not for business or major purchases. Everyone who posts here is bitching about being cut off for using it as a business app, instead of PayPal.

If there was an error with your bank card dropping off, add it again. If you're making purchases to new contacts you added that are actually businesses, you may have triggered their system to pause and have a human review.

It's a free service intended for friends and family to push cash instantly with no fees. They want you to pay a fee via the business Cash App, if you're heavy on transactions. It's how they pay for the wire transfer fees and you getting cash available immediately.

Either you removed card in error, they had a bug and you should try adding again, or your recent history caused a pause for review to make sure you're not abusing the intended service.
