Some Bojack Horseman character copies

Okay r/bojackhorseman I'm tired of celebrating mediocrity. Bojack and friends are laughably easy to draw. Most of these pieces like this one, and ones like it, look like they could have been done by tracing over printouts of the characters.

I mean seriously, these line-work Bojack Horseman drawings are not creative, not original, and have nothing to say. Half of them done give them any texture because they don't watercolor the drawings.

Please--if you're going to showcase your Bojack art at least make it interesting by showcasing original artwork, that either stylize or present the characters in interesting scenarios, visually. Because drawing static, profile shots of the characters are uncreative, require no skill, and are not that visually pleasing. And please for the love of god, erase your damn sketch lines after inking.

No offense to you, personally OP, but you need to practice.

I was impatient too when I learned to draw and paint, but I practiced the basics of form and shape to the point where I didn't have to rely on references so heavily. The forms appeared in my head. Practice and tenacity make perfect. Don't be impatient to show off what you've done.
