Don't hold your breath on it arriving.

Been trying to get a refund for over 3 months and they refuse to respond to me and haven't sent anything. Keep getting emails saying their batches are moving along but strangely the percentages don't seem to add up with all the complaints online of people never getting theirs.

Honestly, I am pretty sure this is some pyramid scheme type thing. Make a product, manufacture enough to drive up demand, sell a bunch of ones you don't intend to make and peace out with the money.

From what I can find online, they appear to be based in Italy but primarily sell in the US. Decently easy system to run.

And before anyone saying anything about the chat function on their website, checked every day at varying hours and it's always "we're not here, we'll email you back" which is funny because the chat doesn't ask for your email to do that.
