Soooo, I’ll be honest and admit I wasn’t crazy about him when I heard his stuff years ago. It was okay. I didn’t care for the bitches and drug use but I thought it was glorifying the abuse (of drugs and just using women for sex). Few months ago, the AH album was on sale for like $7 bucks so I purchased (due to iTunes gift cards) and gave it a listen in the background. Then Faith came on and that one made hit the back button a number of times. That’s when I know I really like something and need to check out more. So, I have Trilogy a listen, and as a more mature adult, I realized he was just being open and hornets about his life, and telling women what a POS and tried to warn them. I love that honesty and openness. And the fact that he sounds like an angel on some tracks just melts my heart now.
