Alright, full disclosure:

• Even though I said this earlier:

please provide a link to a video or something instead of just saying he can; I'm not very familiar with GoW.

I have played through the 3 main games. I only said that so you'd actually link stuff.

• I don't think Kratos would consistently be able to hit Spiderman with his blades.

• I do think Kratos could take the majority under the following conditions:

1. The fight takes place in an open field (a pretty significant mobility nerf for Spiderman)

2. Kratos knows that he wouldn't be able to hit Spidey with his blades

3. Kratos uses his magic and equipment smartly. Specifically, Poseidon's Rage, Medusa's Gaze, Horn of Boreas, and Head of Helios (I he doesn't have all of these in GoW3, but whatever).

• As per the conditions specified by the OP, I think it's 7-8/10 in favor of Spidey in round 1, and 5-6/10 in favor of Spidey in round 2 if they have no prior knowledge of each other. Round 3 can go 4/10 to 8/10 in favor of Spidey depending on how Kratos fights (again, assuming no prior knowledge).

However, if I didn't have any knowledge of GoW and only went by your arguments, I definitely wouldn't be convinced that it wasn't 10/10 all rounds in favor of Spiderman. You really should've linked things like Kratos dodging lightning and seeing rocks falling in slow motion and showed the versatility of his magic and equipment instead of trying to convince me that he'd be able to hit him with his blades.

Spiderman dodges bullets. From multiple sources. Consistently. Sometimes even with another person on his back. Doc Ock, who is much faster than Kratos and has much better control of his 4 extra arms than Kratos has with 2, has trouble hitting Spiderman. Kratos isn't going to able to reliably hit Spiderman with his blades. He is, however, very durable, and may be able to hit Spiderman with his equipment/magic if the fight lasts long enough, and Spiderman doesn't have the durability take more than a few hits from him.
