STAR CITIZEN 5th crowdfunding ANNIVERSARY SALE Week Nov 19th - Nov 26th 2016 !

So 2 years late isn't "later in the process" yet? they dont even have an announced date for them As we established before, triple A mmos such as Star Citizen tend to take anywhere from 4-8 years to complete, so no, 2 years is not very late in the process.

lol you're saying NO big game has EVER delivered on time? but I'm the troll? Of course I'm not saying that, I'm saying small games that turn into big games won't be able to deliver on the initial time table. It's also much easier to guess when a small game will be complete because there is so much less you have to take into account and much fewer variables.

so they didnt even start deving til after they'd blown through their promised delivery date. You're starting to sound alot like me buddy Ok now you're just hearing what you want to hear. I'm clearly saying that the game hasn't had a full triple A team for 4 years, which is what you seemed to imply. You can't compare the development rate to other triple A games because they had a full team from the start, whereas Star Citizen had a much smaller team early on due to it's smaller budget back then.

if it takes them 10 years to basically remake EVE, well, I was already playing EVE 10 years ago. I don't see the advantage

The game is centered around first person and planets and landing and procedural generation and aliens and multicrew ships etc. This is not EVE, and if you didn't know that then you have no idea what you're talking about, which is the conclusion I'm coming to anyway.
