No one expects women to have a job or to make any money. For women their looks matter the most. My fiance doesn't have a job, but looks wise she was one of the best looking on matrimonial/dating sites. I didn't care about whether she had job or how much money she made because I made enough money for the whole family. I chose her because a) she was physically attractive b) she was healthy and exercised regularly c) we both had the same core values d) she had an accomodating personality. These 4 categories are what most men look for.

However, I am also a ) 6 feet tall, b) physically in shape c) fair skinned d) Have all of my hair at 33 years of age. For her the priority was a guy with a good income, and accomodating personality but because she knew her worth (because of her looks) she could get one of the top guys.

At the end of the day, women can only make demands if they are physically attractive. The girls that have high standards and rejecting guys because they are short, fat or bald can only do so if they are in demand.
