Steam Summer Sale 2017: Day 2

I know a lot of people are talking about how they aren't buying games because the deals aren't great or they already have the ones that are. I have a TON of friends who own PCs, but are mainly console gamers.

I bought 10 copies of Portal 2, and 10 copies of Shadow of Mordor, and I might pick up a few random things else if I see great deals. Then, I am going to give it to them as a gift, hang out with em, setup a steam account which I know none of them have.

There are still a TON of people that have not been converted to the PC world. Hell, most of them don't even know you can use an xbox controller on the PC, which I think is one of the most intimidating parts of switching over for new people, the keyboard/mouse barrier.

So, why am I doing it? I am trying to make my friends converts. Imagine when I tell them that I got them these games for less than 10 bucks, and they have a steam account. Then, I can become friends with them on Steam and share games with em that I have... boom, they are going to become PC gamers.

So, while this sale might not seem amazing to everyone here, including myself, I see how I can at least take advantage of it. Are there any friends you have that you have that might be interested here?
