I don't know if I'd go as far as to say it looks "fake." I mean, there's not really any aspect of this video that seems hard to believe. The cave is real. The cameramen are real. The little girl is real. It's not as if the cameramen were trying to claim that the little girl they found was a ghost, or anything stupid like that.

Rather, it appears to be a cave that has been turned into an attraction, for tourists and such to explore. And it seems as though these cameramen were just a few of many people who were there to explore the same cave, when they happened across a little girl who had somehow gotten separated from her parents.

It's a simple scenario that could potentially happen to any young child who happens to be in this sort of environment.
