I struggle with two issues. One caused the other, though.
whenever I try to update or confirm my email, I get locked out. and of course, my email remains unconfirmed.
by trying to change my email on an art account (it was an email I long since have lost access to) twitter wanted an SMS verification. I get these, usually, so I decided to go with it. but I got no SMS. I tried a few times, and to my horror it told me I exceeded the amount of times I could request a verification. just now I decided to check if SMS were broken for me somehow (my other account has a 2FA). and behold, I really am not getting texts anymore.
but I used to? this is jarring for me and it's bringing me to want to use this site even less. it's hardly enjoyable anymore, and I get locked out just for trying to access my own account.
