Lol I just did the exact same thing as you, like 20 minutes ago. I just sent them a pic in the appeal of my passport which shows that I have just turned 18, but as I made my account back in 2015 when I was 12, I wouldn't be 13 years old.
Did some research and by the looks of it we should be fine, take a look at this:

So we should be able to get our accounts back, but some old info just might be deleted. I have deleted all my tweets that are older than a year so it should be no problem for me, as long as I get my account back of course.
Just wondering when am I going to get a response from them...
