A swap for a vfr - advice

I can't speak for the 06 VFR but comparing my old 04 F4i and my current 02 VFR, it is a more relaxing ride. The saddle is wider which I've adapted to (I prefer the more narrow saddle of my late 08 Fireblade personally, RIP old friend). Sitting more upright is better for my daily rider. It still has punch to move around traffic (recommend -1 or -1/+2 sprockets depending on how much highway you ride). It still feels like a sport bike without the harsher suspension and ergonomics while riding over pot holes and city streets. It makes a great all rounder or daily sport bike. I was hesitant on the VFR at first but I would buy one again over another 600 for sure. I do prefer the engine design of the 5th gen over the vtec.

One thing you might consider is just installing higher rise bars on your 600 if you want to keep the lower milage.
