Talent stacker

It’s not cheaper because the value is determined in the network you are part of. Like an MBA or Harvard degree the pedigree comes from your other TalentStacker alumni.

But you are not alumni yet. So go ahead and quit. Go it alone. I dare you.

Therein lies the problem with the world without TalentStacker. It’s a a lonely way to go through your new career.

Sure, you can make friends at work. Your past coworkers can advocate for you to get new jobs at companies they have moved to. But that takes much longer and much more who-luck.

Talent Stacker was never a transaction. It is not $2700 in exchange for one single job offer. It’s a lifetime career development program. You learn to strengthen your professional network. To participate into you network without getting anything in return. But we all know why we’re here and advocate for each other until we’ve been hired. But have no idea what comes next. The second time you are looking for a job you will greatly appreciate the friends you made in the program.

If you group is failing to schedule meetings and build the requirements that is a problem. But it’s a real world problem. The mistake would be thinking you can build it all alone. This is not college. This is real life. There is no way you can complete the requirements laid out solo. The real story to land a job is how you enrolled others to action, true leadership, not the configuration of some org. It’s a group project for a reason, 80% of the real career will need to collaborate with others.

It’s okay to get a refund. But then what will your story be? I did it all by myself. I didn’t see the value in relationships with 300 alumni. I didn’t find value in the project they provided it was too easy. I didn’t like my coworkers. I didn’t like my boss. It’s a slippery slope to nobody wants you on their team.

I could be wrong. I want to be wrong. So prove me wrong. You’re better than that narrative aren’t you? You’re tired of doing everything yourself aren’t you? You didn’t pay $2,700 for a project. You already had the cert. you were tired of job searching alone. We all were.
