Indiyah had a lot of pressure on her especially from black Twitter. I think they projected a lot on her and when she didn’t live up to the expectations they had in their minds, they were upset. But she’s her own person. Nothing about Indiyah gave off the vibe that she would be as fiery as Amber, Anna, or Maura. That’s literally just not her personality type. And like she said, had she popped off like that, a lot of people would’ve labeled her as aggressive or “sassy”. Black girls either get called aggressive and sassy. Or a doormat and boring for not being more outspoken. You can’t win.
