Technica Cochise 130?

I had an opportunity to buy the Cochise 110 for $180 new, missing soles (for some reason) and was able to find the soles for them, they were purely for very light touring, and maybe some side country a few days after the named runs get tracked out. I didn’t use my custom liners, and put 20 days or so on the boots to date.

Some impressions

even for a 110 alleged flex, they seem extremely soft to me, which I believe is likely due to the additional moving parts and liner construction.

The stock liner packed out more (and more quickly) than alpine boots I have had.

I have a high instep, I had the tongue ground down a few mms and it solved that pain.

The supposed 1 mm extra-width last sure feels like more than a mm wider than my Mach1 LV 130s, my primary boot. I would not get the Cochise as my primary boot on that alone as a result but that factor is 100% individual to you and a boot fitter should advise

I don’t know the 130 personally - but suspect that it would feel like about a 100-110 alpine boot, the liner would pack out, and it would not be the best last for someone with a narrow foot like mine.
