Tell me your experience with personal coaching!

I'm very heavy, at one time was SUPER determined to lose weight and get fit. I was recommended to a Personal Trainer, former body builder champ, but she was awesome, didn't judge, set me up with an eating plan, more so CLEAN eating which in turn is obviously "diet" I was SO motivated at first, and I get that you have to push yourself, but I was 45 y/o and heavy, she had me stair running with 20 lb weights in each hand on session 4! Session 5, doing those LATERAL walking on your hands from small stool to small stool on the floor. She needed to wait until I had achieved some strength to move to those moves. I paid her $45/hr (Canada), went 3X week.....expensive! there are OODLES of workouts online.....that target areas.....just be disciplined and do your own workout at home, you can do ALL KINDS of exercises using a stability ball, go for a couple of nice long challenging walks each week, and this should be good. I've tried KETO for weight loss, not satisfactory results, I'm going into WW this morning. SO DONE with being heavy, and feeling bad about myself.
