I actually live all the way down in Mexico, so it'd end up costing something like 60$ to ship it both ways (I take a pretty big hit to keep shipping costs low for my templates) - and that's with my discounted rates.

What I do sometimes when a guitar is totally unavailable is trace the form from an image and use measurements of particular areas to scale it proportionally. It's actually extremely accurate if you know how to scale everything proportionally and have some frames of reference (scale length, number of frets, neck widths, bridge type, etc).

If you want to take a photo from the top and provide a measurement, I'll make one for you and you can check against the other measurements and see if I'm right ;)
