I bought 5 guitars from them last year (ranging from $650-$2000, so a wide range of intermediate to dream guitar) and returned all of them but 1. The one I kept still had issues, I just got tired of calling them. Ignore the people hyping Sweetwater. They sell over 1000 guitars a day and they aren't doing shit with them. All guitars from pitbull audio over $799 come with a free setup. The cost of a setup from Sweetwater has tripled in the last few years to a whopping $140. I decided to get one anyway and the setup sucks. When I called them out on all this, the fucking excuses were intolerable. I'm so done with them when it comes to guitars. For other gear, they're fine.
