Yep, Breaking News! Some people are disordered, some people are dumb, some people are shit-stirrers, some people are sadistic, and some people are all of the above.

You trying to explain "again and again and again" plays right into their hands, so, you're either wasting your time dealing with someone with the IQ of a paper plate, or you're feeding fuel to an a-hole who's delighting in seeing you chase your own tale.

If you truly believe that you are both eloquent and good at explaining things then this is where the buck should stop.

Personally, I've stopped playing these games with people. There are individuals out there who will try and drag you into their nonsensical drama, gaslighting and crazy making. So, while I'm open to diverging opinions and will welcome a constructive debate, if I know that what I said makes total sense but my interlocutor is responding in a destructive manner, then that's it, I'm done and I walk.

I suggest you save yourself and learn to do the same.
