Was thinking about using this in the future

I'm not buying this. I've been trolling this subreddit for years and just in this subreddit alone, along with the TrustPilot website reviews, I've seen many people saying they were banned or suspended off of one biased negative report, that probably was not corroborated by CS, and they were unable to get their accounts back. If only a few people make this claim, maybe it can be ignored, but I have seen this many times. In fact, it happened to me as well! There are two sides to every story and I'm not sure how much investigating CS does, but it seems to be very little and it is just easier for CS to ban accounts without looking into all the details. So I encourage and help people to circumvent bans. Yes, I'm a troll and a criminal in real life, I say all rule are meant to be broken. If CS will not give you an explanation for your suspension or ban or listen to all sides of a story, then the banned users have the right to make new accounts. If anything, just to piss off CS since CS pissed off them.

Regarding reddit user florian_ehrbar, if that is his real name, he has a Florian Ehrbar Twitter page claiming to be in the Trust & Safety department. Maybe he is legit...maybe....
