Ik sorry that happened, that sounds like an extremely uncomfortable experience. I went to lush for the first time ever around a week ago, luckily i had no problems but wasn’t offered any help either. Although one of the employees were very nice and kept asking about my hair because it is so long. But we went to another store and we had two mall cops following us, as soon as we entered the store they entered and when we left they left and they followed us for around 10 minutes then stopped. Our lush is also in a very yuppy area and we live in a low class area so it was already quite uncomfortable. Makes me wonder if they said something to someone or if those two mall security men were just suspicious and looking for something
