Based on lives I’ve seen of topher and ken i don’t think either of them really like hawk or her friend group they’re just to scared of the retaliation hawks minions will do if they tried to distance themselves. Ive seen them make numerous quick comments clearly about hawk/her group/ thinking they’re shady, manipulative, trying to put distance etc. Which makes sense considering influencers with way bigger platforms than either of them were still scared what would happen to their platform if they distanced themselves or spoke out about hawk. Hawks found multiple ways to trap and silence her friends and its clear they cant leave the friendship til she decides to drop them. None of this is new either hawk has a long history of manipulation and intimidation to get her way and get ahead.

Theres also a huge power imbalance in most of her friendships given shes a ww with a 2m following and most of her friends a poc with small followings, that’s definitely done intentionally and not to just excuse or hide her racist past but to give her power over these friends/make them less likely to be supported/listened to and easier to get their pages removed if she needs to. Theres age, wealth, and experience gaps she uses to hold power in this situations as well. Also none of her ex friends survived the friendship ending without being exiled in the social media abyss, some even spiraled into mental health issues/religious psychosis after.

I know with all that in mind id feel terrified to try and leave the friendship.
