Trusting my interpretations

Luna is absolutely right. Lenormand is a language where we translate symbols into phrases. Each card carries multiple meanings which can be overwhelming for new readers. It's perfectly fine to consult reference materials for your reading. We've all been there. Rana George's book is a good one to start with.

I'd also suggest that you define a clear system to guide yourself.

  • Your deck is your friend.
  • Pick up each card and examine what they mean to you.
  • Get familiar with the basic meanings.
  • Frame a question that directly addresses your concern.
  • Think of your Q and pick the interpretation that makes most sense to you.
  • One reading can produce alternative interpretations, don't be afraid to apply them if they work for you.

Intuition is simply an ability to instinctively understand something without conscious reasoning. It can be trained and developed as you keep connecting with your inner source of wisdom and knowledge. Have fun learning and exploring the cards!
