Yup.. the phone app and B-Link are awesome features. Especially once you start getting into the data logging stuff (which I haven't even gotten to yet). Also if you have multiple Castle combo's. I've now got a Mamba Micro X, Copperhead, Mamba X, Mamba Monster X, and the Mamba XLX2. (No fires.. yet. Lol.) The app saves each profile and it's settings separately. No starting from scratch everytime you go in. You are also updated everytime new software comes out. Way beyond Hobbywing's little program card. The biggest things that have impressed me besides the app are how cool all the ones with the Cryo-Drive run.. and how hard the ESC's deliver their power.

Maybe try out one of the Mamba's smaller systems on something you already have to get your feet wet before spending $500 on the big boy.
