When I got vaccinated for the first shot, I didn't feel anything bad for the first 8 or 10 hours but at night (I got vaccinated during the morning) my arm started to sore real bad (the arm where I got vaccinated), got a fever and a really bad headache. I went to bed and woke up early next day and my head was literally burning and I was feeling dizzy. I vomited aswell. Took some medicine and went to sleep again and then woke up a little better. Pain was still there for few days on my arm but after a week it was mostly gone. There might be dizziness aswell for a few days.

If you think you can manage that, take the shot. But I also waited till my JEE to get over and then get vaccinated.
