The unspoken rules of DnD: Character Creation

Alright, so my plan for a character is a human blacksmith who’s made a deal with a dragon to where, every time she makes a weapon, she gives up a bit of her soul, but she has a lot of knowledge on minerals and metals. She also will get an attack boost when she goes below 20, because the dragon possesses the blacksmith. She also can create weapons when in a town, and arrows whenever she is at a camp. If the character makes 20 or so weapons, she becomes fully possessed and becomes chaotic neutral rather than neutral good, and gets wisdom, however she’ll also lose charisma, and will lose the ability to make weapons. I don’t know if this is too op or too involved.
