I used SGT auto transport to ship my my car from WA to TX and I regrets it

Which carrier company is this? What "facility" do they have your car at?

If this isn't working with your specific set of circumstances then I would urge my customer to allow me assist in getting the car back.

Have SGT cancel the job with them and find you another driver to pick it up. (Personally I would send in a well reviewed tow truck company) that is in that area to retrieve the unit. Then have a new carrier pick it up from there...a good broker can negotiate getting your car back..may cost $100 for dry run even though carrier is delayed. I'd also be covering that additional fee..I know SGT would never do something like that... But I commend you for facing the driver.

At the end of the day...if your not comfortable with these folks and their already lying excuses , it may be best not to have them depart with your car.
