It sounds like you you’re eligible for PUA because you quit your last job but then started the new one only to get furloughed. Hopefully I’m understanding your situation. I admit, I don’t know what the rules are if you have an old claim that still exits. There will be something else coming up that adds 13 weeks to those that have exhausted their recent claims.

PUA became available in April and it includes a state minimum weekly payment as well as the $600. Research PUA and if you’re denied regular UI, I feel confident that you’ll be approved for one of the alternatives. Good luck and sorry to hear you’re having to deal with this messy process.
