The letter reads" You have a phone interview appointment scheduled. There is a question concerning your eligibility. The EDD will call you at the interview date and time shown. A letter with interview instructions was sent to you when the appointment was scheduled. If you cannot be available for your phone interview appointment and you want to reschedule for a future date, select the Reschedule button. If your phone appointment is scheduled for today’s date, you cannot reschedule your appointment using UI Online and must call the EDD.
