If you a true Orthodox brother, you really shouldn't be on this site. It's not good for your soul. Unless you plan to just be on r/OrthodoxChristianity and such.

I was born into the Church too and I know we tend to be lax about the faith but this is a horribly wasted privilege. I was tempted by Western ideologies for YEARS until I studied Church Fathers directly and talked to monks and priests and followed good channels. Our Church is truly the One Holy Catholic Apostolic Church.

Especially in these times and in our culture man, I tell you this out of love: Please don't be foolish and follow worldly politics and trends and superficial nonsense. I don't know if you know the Jesus Prayer but I advise you to start reciting it as much as possible mentally like the Tradition of our Saints and St. Paul directly teach. And please pray for me too.
