UWSA1 or UWSA2: which is more realistic and like Step 2?

So personally I don't think it felt like either. It seemed like most of the questions were about very general concepts, while the UWSAs felt like they were testing a specific clinical picture. Although reading my own description now, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Like many people have said, it all just seemed very vague. I didn't find myself thinking "what the fuck are they even talking about" more than a handful of times, but then I looked back and realized I had marked 1/3 of the questions on every block because I didn't feel confident in narrowing my choice down to 1...

sorry if that's not helpful. But yeah it didn't seem like ANY of the practice tests I took.
