That's the polar opposite of my experiences with Vapor Junkie. The juice is great but the customer service I received was atrocious.

I've placed two orders with them. The first was shipped with 6 130ml bottles bouncing around loose in a box which ended up causing two of the bottles to spring hairline cracks. The cracks were easy enough to seal up and the juice loss was minimal, but when I messaged them about it, the answer I got was, "I was on vacation so someone else is to blame." A little prickish, I thought, but whatever.

The second order was again for 6 130ml bottles but I received 12 60ml bottles instead, which at face value would be a loss of 60ml. There was no explanation of any kind in the box so I sent emails to three separate addresses and got no reply at all. Then I called them up and got a runaround explanation that the 60ml bottles are actually of a higher volume but it's not consistent so they just label them as 60ml. All I wanted was the 60ml I was missing by their own declaration but that was too much to ask unless I placed another order. No fucking thank you.
