I also had this problem yesterday. I've been using VSeeFace for almost a year now, and never had this issue before. The NVIDIA graphics driver update from a couple days ago seems to have some incompatibilities with VSeeFace at the moment. Another person also had this issue yesterday and mentioned one of the VSeeFace developers on Twitter describing the issue. The developer responded, and told them to try deleting the GPUManagementPlugin.dll from VSeeFace_data\Plugins\x86_64 in the program's folder. This fixed the issue for both the other person and me, so I hope it will work for you as well. Here's the link to the tweets, if you'd like to see for yourself:
