Hi very new here (I wish I knew this existed a long time ago).
I am 38 years old, 294lbs. I am starting my keto over, as keto seemed to be the only thing that worked for me. 35 carbs at the most every day. I don't have access to weights, but I do have access to a PSVR and I do BoxVR, Creed VR and Beat Saber as my cardio (which I play A LOT), and some resistance bands now and again.
My extremely unrealistic goals are basically this:

This is the body I should have had. I realize I probably won't get there exactly, as I'm old and don't have a lot of weights to train with nor have I been doing it for as long as she, but she is basically who I wish I were. I want to get as close as I can, and work with what I have for right now.
So I need some suggestions. What can I even do to get halfway to that?
