Just jumping in to say, 3 weeks and 9k karma is Absolutely nothing fishy, trust me, I've had better single days even

Literally one post/comment can get 10x that, if this actually was a bot, it's a pretty shitty one. Also, they aren't commenting because they're just blatantly stealing shit. "Botting" karma in this manner isn't nearly as common as people would have you believe, the actual bots are just spamming links and mass making accounts, most legitimate bots use reddits API, which I would imagine would make rule breaking ones rather easy to find, and the inability to use it makes working with content on the website much harder, why write a script when a days work can be done in 10 minutes for 10 accounts first thing in the morning? If you're really just trying to get a bit of karma it's like stupid easy if you know what you're doing, just look at my account, and I'm an idiot.

Which brings me to my next point, actual high karma accounts really just aren't in that big of demand I've gotten one person trying to buy mine via pm that actually went and tried posting it on a third party website before I even realized and only finally did when I got banned from a sub because they mentioned it could be accessed, but there's just not much demand. After that I decided to message a few sellers just out of curiosity, and got offered $5-80.

I would never sell my account, but they just really aren't that valuable, people are completely correct in calling karma worthless, in fact in my """"research"""" into it (curious looking, struggle to call it actual research) it seems that age is actually a much bigger factor, and people are way more interested in it the fake points

Just food for thought, you see a lot of bot accusations on this website but really, a shameless karma whore who can't face their theft is much more likely the reason for the lack of comments, dudes probably been called out before, be it this account, or an older one where it followed him around thanks to use tagging
