Honestly, I wouldn't let my work pull that with me. I know its easy to say that but having kids is a personal choice and you shouldn't have to cover for your co-worker. I would never do that, not even once. It sounds harsh but work isn't charity. And I think its crazy you have always gotten whatever vacations days is left over during the holidays, Thats not fair. In my previous job, it was whomever put it in first, kids or not.

I don't like Polly as portrayed on the show but I do think she was right here . She was telling Kayla that she had a family, she wasn't alone. I get Kayla is saying its hard to be a single mom of course, but hard and being alone is not the same thing. Maybe I'm too harsh but how is having a man suddenly not being alone, your kid isnt good enough? Thats honestly how it came off to me when she got angry at Polly.
